Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 2 weeks (7–14 business days) from the shipping date.

In rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Local postal service disruptions

  • Weather conditions or public holidays

  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas

If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please contact us at helloscheerz@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Tracking information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.


Customs & import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Lost or delayed packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at helloscheerz@gmail.com – we may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been processed.
